Apart from the GBS certificate, the building also applies for certificates:
- LEED at a level of Platinum
- Obiekt bez barier
LEED certificate is a set of guidelines creating a building assessment system based on USGBC standards. The LEED system assesses, first of all, how the buildings influence the natural environment. The assessment is made on the basis of five main criteria:
- sustainable investment location,
- The efficiency of water management
- The use of energy and atmosphere
- the use of materials and resources
- The quality of the internal environment
The certificate „ Obiekt bez barier” is a clear indication that the object is friendly and adapted to the needs of people with various disabilities: wheelchair users, the blind, the visually impaired or the deaf. It is also a confirmation of its adaptation to the needs of older people, people with reduced mobility or those moving with small children.
